Indonesia Java International Destination – West Java – Bandung

Bandung, situated in West Java is one of the Indonesia Java International Destination and is also the capital of West Java. The city of Bandung is 180km away from the city of Jakarta in the south east direction. This Indonesia Java International Destination is spread over an area of four million and the population in this city is currently two million. The climate in this city is always cool in any season of the year and it is considered as the most European city in Java. The mountain resorts of Lembang and Bosscha observatory are at a driving distance from Bandung. The volcanic crater of Tangkuban Perahu which is the only crater in Java can be reached by driving in a car from Bandung. Tourists visiting Bandung prefer to see this volcanic crater and the sight of sulfur fumes emanating from the mountain. There are around 12 craters and a visitor can see all of this only with the help of an experience guides as there will be fumes and suffocating gases at certain places of the crater. By driving for 15 minutes from this crater, tourists can reach a hot springs resort where there is a warm mineral water pool where swimming is allowed and it is believed to cure some skin problems. The resort also has tennis courts, restaurants, bars and tennis courts and is located near a beautiful mountain.
